Returns & refunds

14-day right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to return. Email noughtwatches@outlook.es with your order number (or send us the model form below). Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in its original packaging, to: [return address].

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items, which we cover in full.

Refund. We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item back or you send proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

2-year legal guarantee. Every NOUGHT watch carries the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity. If it has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
